Kylie Ostle is a Mum to three little girls.
Her world was turned upside down when she was made redundant while on maternity leave with her first child.
The unexpected news left her feeling uncertain and unnerved about not only her career, but also her abilities and value professionally and she began to worry about how she would manage family finances.
While some people would tuck themselves away, cry and give up. Kylie used her experience and the situation to create the popular Mum Society in 2012 and hasn’t looked back. She’s curated a thriving community of like-minded Mums and her monthly brunches are hugely popular for Mums wanting to get more out of life, career, business and parenting.
Her guest speakers are impressive, as is her determination to help other Mums found in a similar position whilst on maternity leave.
