Lauren is a 27-year-old single mother to Madi and Max. She first started blogging after becoming pregnant with Max, and never realised how connected she would become to women all over the world.
Not long after Max was born, she went through a separation, and being able to write and share the good and hard times has been incredibly helpful to her through the entire experience. Lauren was suffering from postnatal depression, a separation and the pressures of needing to start a new life with two children from scratch.
Once she had settled in, she decided to make her passion for health and fitness her career. She’s since become a personal trainer, a balanced lifestyle coach and helps women through some of the toughest time on their life every single day.
