After a long and tiresome search to find her son Oscar’s first ‘big boy bed,’ Kristy Withers was compelled to create Incy Interiors – A designer furniture store that has rapidly expanded across 11 countries and with products available in over 200 stores worldwide…
Whilst being remarkably successful for Kristy, this venture has come at the cost of what she describes as 7 years of almost non-stop mum guilt.
In this candid chat with Chezzi, she discusses the difference between her two pregnancies (planned caesar vs a stuck baby & ‘groaning like a cow in a hospital hallway’), maintaining balance (Ow, ‘business brain’), her breastfeeding difficulties (should I ‘throw my baby in the pool’ now?) and the initial struggle that she had with bonding with her son (Oscar). Kristy also mentions the one thing that has perhaps revolutionised her experience as a mum most of all… her nanny.
